DSH（DeepSeek Harness）优雅重启/关闭/启动守护插件：启动方式不变（dsh web），自动套壳拉起正式实例；等轮次结束后优雅重启并唤醒智能体继续；两阶段统一故障判断（启动阶段退出码/boot输出扫描 + 刷新阶段事件驱动：连接就绪持续探测/会话恢复无超时 + client 半 console.error/onerror/MutationObserver 检测故障页），失败自动回滚（git 风格纯 +/- 差集快照链、current 指针、回滚不动链、逆操作验证）；页面自动刷新。
